Introduction to recreational fishing

This module is foundational and covers concepts and language terms that underpin all other modules. You can skip this one and go straight to the assessment quiz if you like… but why would you? There’s so much interesting info packed in here.

Overview

In this module, we’ll start building fundamental knowledge about the role recreational fishing can play in our personal lives and in society. We’ll tackle how and why fishing regulations are developed. We’ll also have you speaking fluent Fishonese (or at least demystify the jargon for you), so that you can learn from the best fishing coaches around — real life fishos.
